I like them for their professionalism. They helped me throughout the process and explains all the pros and cons of renting a car. I would personally commend the gentleman on the front desk (downtown), Corey Washburn, for his very friendly demeanor and easy communication. I will definitely stay with Enterprises in future if I have to rent a vehicle.

Don’t try to rent a car from enterprise on the weekends. Even though dry Ridge is a major tourist town because of Noah’s ark, enterprise cannot bother to be open on the weekends. When they send you to Florence they can’t deliver like enterprise advances. If I need a car how can I pick up a rental if I don’t have a car in the first place. If I had one to pick up at a car at enterprise why would I try to rent. Total false advertising. FAKE NEWS!!

Disappointing customer service experience. Pick up truck had various dings, dents and scratches which we observed with customer service rep, who replied “none of these are big enough to notate”……Well, until we returned the vehicle. One week after the return we were contacted by the location and advised that my credit card was going to be dinged for $500 for a dent that we discussed with the customer service rep when we did the walkaround who again had said, “none of these are big enough to notate”. She then said “i don’t remember that”….What a nightmare. Ultimately got the charge reversed(after four weeks of back and forth with Damage Recovery Unit), but certainly not due to the team in Ft. Wright. Disappointing.

Updated: They’re unorganized, unresponsive and irresponsible. My wife had to rent cars through their location on multiple locations and on several occasions had to wait on someone who was late. While I do appreciate they try to call to inform her, there were one too many instances where that occurred. One rep even met her over an hour late, after having her return a second time (he didn’t show the first time), with ketchup stains all over his shirt. My wife is lenient; however, I am not.
While I do appreciate the willingness to listen, respond and try to later rectify the situation, I believe there were more than enough chances given and she was more than fair. There aren’t many-any, if I’m honest-people who look like her in Paris. So, asking for the date, time (etc.)-like most business owners who want to look like they suddenly care-is pointless.
Have a great day and do not pretend to want to “fix things” now. Please and thank you!
