i rode out to the park today for the first time in 20 plus years and i must say i’m completely disappointed in the direction in has gone. was trying to scout camp sites for next week just to discover they replaced the best ones with lots for horses…..the best ones…there is plenty of other areas that are not suitable for camping that could’ve been developed for horses. why remove the most ideal lots for campers to accommodate a dozen riders?! now the only places to camp are on hillsides…..hillsides! if that’s not discouraging enough.. swimming in the lake has been banned! the swimming beach…removed! my family would camp at the like twice a year when i was a kid…it was a big part of my childhood……that’s all ruined….and for what?! a dozen or so horse stalls and parking for horse trailers…..no summer heat alleviation in the lake with swimming. better keep that golf course in tip top shape or there wont be any income…. i will not be back.

Nice lake and it is well kept. The people
Who do the cleaning deserve a raise.

Great people. We were passing through and tired of driving. Called and they had a great site for us ready with water and electric. All paperwork was ready so it was easy. Site was nice by stream and bathrooms were clean. Short distance from 75.. .where there is a gas station….at very, very reasonable price. Two thumbs up.

Two out of town friends and I went to the Inn for lunch yesterday. Because we don’t see each other often, we did our birthday gift exchange all at once.
Our waitress asked who had a birthday, I explained one friend last week and the other and I earlier, but we get together for one.
After a incredibly good meal, she set a large brownie/ice cream sundae, with three spoons on the table and said, “Happy Birthday!”! We were so surprised!
The service was great, one person had cranberry pecan chicken salad and commented on the large portion of chicken.
Another had the salad bar and said it was the very best she had encountered in some time. She added the favors were extremely good and everything was nice and fresh.
My Western burger was perfect, fries plentiful and crispy.
A wonderful all around experience.

Only 2 exits from the Ark Encounter. Not a glamorous park but ok. I was concerned because it is right next to 75 but not really a problem. Some noise but not bad. Embankment hiding traffic I guess also buffers the noise.

‘Twas an awesome little park. Running water and flush toilets are always a super plus at parks when traveling by motorcycle. Clean pavilions. Very happy with Webb Park!

Excellent place to take little ones hiking for the first time. There are many trails that are a perfect length for beginners or ones for seasoned hikers. The bison trail was super fun for our little ones because you can see the bison up close. There’s a neat little visitor center with some history of the area and artifacts. There are picnic tables for lunch and a playground that the kids loved playing on. Excellent park and so close to the city! Definitely looking into camping there soon!

Wanna catch some fish? A stick, a line, and a hook are all you’d need here. Loads of fish and great scenery: what’s not to like?

Lack of parking. I don’t like that.

well, what can I say… so much potential for this park! Upon entering, a downhill slope was muddy and rutted and hard to find footing. Once at the lake, there was a short section of cut grass that allowed for easy travel, but once I tried to circumnavigate the lake, it became too overgrown to go through, with all sorts of low growth that touched and pricked and cut into my beautiful legs. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I could only make it 1/8 of the way around before realizing I needed to turn back. With some TLC, this could be a gem of a park, but much needs to be done to get it there.
