    I made reservations 3 months in advance when I got there they didn’t have the room I needed. I reserved a handicap with walk in shower. Had to take handicap tub instead. The rooms are hot at night with air at 66. Not a place I will come back to. Now the staff are wonderful nice and very friendly. Breakfast is also wonderful.

    Clean and friendly service. We loved our stay there, especially the lady helping at breakfast. She did a great job and made us feel welcome. Our family would stay there again.

    The room was nice, but we had wanted to enjoy the pool. Instead, the pool was so cloudy and murky that we and our extended family decided not to even get in. The hotel was being remodeled so maybe they had not taken time to clean the pool properly. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in finding local restaurants for dinner.

    I really liked staying here. Four miles north of the Ark Encounter, it was a great location. Staff was friendly and ready to serve to ensure you had a great stay. They have a small indoor pool and workout room. WIFI was one of the best I have experienced. Breakfast is what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Very good. Highly recommend!

    BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Made a reservation a few weeks ago for my family to stay one night, was traveling to Dry Ridge for family member wedding on Friday. Just got a call today that they were overbooked and they had to squeeze some DIAMOND members in so they were canceling my reservation and booked me at another hotel 30 minutes away. Kicked us to the curb like no big deal. I have made all these plans and we were going down to get ready there and everything. Mary at the front desk could of cared less. Beware. You have to have be a certain status or you are told sorry we have no room for you!!!!!! Shame on you, I’m a paying customer also. Now we have no room and wedding is in 2 days. Sorry I had to give 1 star to move on with this review
