The workers here are lazy and RIP off their clients. I returned a truck and because the worker didn’t want to check over the truck I was charged for another day. After being told that I wouldn’t be. It’s not my fault that he couldn’t do his job before leaving. I understand that he had something to do with his child but for me to have to pay $107.51 because he had to do something with his daughter is ridiculous.
I called the 1800 number and got the issue resolved. I still feel like it should of never happened!
I was promised a discounted rate. But I was overcharge $106 for two days of compact care rental car. Then I was charged to fill up the tank, when I returned it full. I would never use this company again.
I made a reservation almost two months ago for a convertible mustang. I contacted them 48 hours before my pick up time just to touch base with them about my reservation. Everything was looking great, they supposedly had a convertible matching my reservation then. I received a voicemail less thank 12 hours before my pick up time telling me that they didn’t have a convertible at this time. I called back 10 minutes after they called and they were closed. I then contacted the 1-800 number and they told me there was nothing they could do for me except give me a basic vehicle. I refused. I wanted what I RESERVED! I was on the phone with them for almost two hours. Nothing was resolved. They then stated i could rent a Mustang hard top…not what I wanted but I settled with it because I then only had 9 hours until pick up. I arrived at this location at 8:00am, the time of my pick up. They didn’t have the car ready!!!! We were there for 2 hours WAITING!!!! They almost made me late to the airport to put my daughter on a plane. While I waited for the car there was another customer that was dealing with the same issue I was dealing with!
I asked for money off of my reservation and they said if we get anything off I will have to wait 3-4 business days to receive it after I drop the car back off. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this location, or even Budget ever again. I have had nothing but trouble with this company.
I went in today to state the issues and return the vehicle. The manager, Yvon Harper, got very unprofessional and mouthy with me while my children were there. She was disrespectful and very Ghetto. It was ridiculous….yes I did get an attitude when I was being disrespected by her but never did I ever bad mouth and disrespect someone. I pray that something is done to make sure that this issue and disrespect never happens again to future customers.
Very poor customer service. Sent us out of there in a van with a low tire. Called 45 minutes later to report the problem and was told that we could either call roadside assistance or get it repaired and they would reimburse us. Manager David offered no discounts or anything for our trouble due to their incompetence. To put the icing on the cake we just received a letter informing us that they will be charging our card for the roadside assistance we ended up using to change the tire. I called the national call center and what do you know, the manager David I spoke with made no notes in the system regarding the issue. Budget seems to have very little recourse for anyone experiencing such issues. I would never rent from them again and plan on disputing the charges.
