Williamstown is honored to have a 305 acre man made creation. The Williamstown Lake is a place where water enthusiast can find comfort. The City of Williamstown also pumps water from Lake Williamstown to provide water services to residents of Williamstown and other parts of Grant County.
Frank Webb was an accomplished athlete and marathon runner who passed away suddenly in April 2006 at the prime of his life. Webb Park is located South of Williamstown off of US 25.
Webb Memorial Park (9 acres) contains two tennis courts, a basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, two horseshoe pits, a picnic area with picnic tables, two shelter houses, and a group camping area. Other public facilities within the city include a playground, two ball fields (one lighted) and beautiful scenery.
