Description of Gallery: The Sandra Small Gallery, 124 W Pike Street, Covington, is an eclectic contemporary fine art gallery. Artists shown are local and national, emerging and world renowned. Paintings, watercolors, mixed media, prints, photographs, sculpture and jewelry are shown in theme-based shows which change every six weeks from September to June. Our specialties are narrative figuration and Asian inspired landscapes. Daniel Brown is Curator. The Gallery is a woman-owned business.
Sandra Small opened her art gallery in historic, renovating Covington at 124 W Pike Street in March, 2008. In July, 2008, she asked independent curator/critic/collector Daniel Brown to curate all the shows at the Gallery.
The Gallery showcases the finest in contemporary painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, photography and handmade jewelry. During its first season, approximately 70 % of the artists who have exhibited there live and work in Greater Cincinnati. By the 2009-10 season, 50% of the artists will come from across America and from other countries.
Sandra Small Gallery provides the finest artwork at competitive prices and has access to framing, installation and delivery services.
