Relatives Raising Children are grandparents, aunts, uncles and/or adult siblings who have assumed responsibility for raising children. The group has been formed to offer relatives a place to talk to others in the same position. The group meets from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month at Sherman Elementary. There is dinner, an adult discussion group and childcare's activities. This group is sponsored by the Sherman Elementary family Resource center and the Community Partnership for protecting Children.
